Key Responsibilities

  • Operate digital, laser, and other specialty printing equipment with a high level of proficiency and accuracy.
  • Perform setup and calibration of machines for specific printing tasks, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Monitor production to identify and correct any issues that may arise, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Perform regular maintenance on machinery, including cleaning and replacing parts as needed, to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to understand project specifications and to ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company and industry standards.
  • Keep detailed records of production, including materials used, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong time management skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Knowledge of core computer programs and an aptitude for learning new systems and software
  • A mechanical mindset for improving processes

Qualifications

  • $15.00 to $17.00 per hour DOE experience

Schedule

Hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Pay

Starting pay range is $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, DOE.
