Machine Operator

About the role

We’re seeking reliable and mechanically skilled Machine Operators for a growing team in what is currently being called the “Index Department.” This is a temp-to-hire role with opportunities for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on the line
• Read and interpret measurements with precision
• Perform quality checks and monitor product specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements

• Prior mechanical experience such as working on cars or machinery
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose basic mechanical issues
• Comfortable reading and using measuring tools
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work 1st or 2nd shift and overtime as needed
