Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a fully automated roll forming line (uncoiler, straightener, punching press, roll former, cutting press).
• Set up and adjust machine settings based on production orders (via ERP/SAP).
• Load and change coils in coordination with crane/bridge operators.
• Perform hourly and per-coil quality checks (length, thickness, perforations, etc.).
• Handle basic machine maintenance and package strapping (AGV handling included).
• Flag and quarantine defective products and report issues to the production supervisor.
• Act as the final quality checkpoint for galvanized (Galva) parts before shipment.
• Participate in scheduled 5S audits and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

What You Bring to the Team

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or metal forming environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and profiles.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Forklift certification (Clark 5T) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Willingness to work in a noisy, industrial production setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
