Machine Operator
Under the direction of the Production Manager
Supports department efforts to assure continuous operation of product manufacturing by performing the following duties personally or through department production employees.
- Understand all aspects and operating parameters of the machine
- Perform set-up/changeover
- Prepare and install all dies and spreader blocks
- Prepare all resin mixes
- Start-up and shutdown of all machinery
- Clean hoppers, dies, ovens, saws and other equipment
- Accurately complete all reporting paperwork
- Follow all safety rules, regulations and procedures
- Identify, measure, and label acceptable finished product
- Produce finished product within specification

Positions operate on a 12-hour shift (6 pm - 6 am) (2-2-3 schedule).
