Machine Operator

About the Role

As a Machine Operator, you will operate machines to produce high-quality parts, ensure efficiency, and maintain machinery. This role is ideal for individuals looking to contribute to a growing company while advancing their career.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines (turning, milling, multi-axis mill turning) to produce precision components.
• Perform minor tool offsets and material loading as required.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process issues as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine area, ensuring equipment is well-maintained.
• Ensure all operations are performed safely, following standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Experience is a plus but not required—we will train the right person.
• Comfortable working with your hands and standing for long periods of time.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation to our Newbury, Ohio location.

Preferred Qualifications

• Some manufacturing experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Regularly lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to work on-site.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
• Overtime may be available depending on production demands.
