Responsibilities

• Accurate setup of Flexo operations and inspection of dies pre- and post-run
• Quality checks to ensure perfect boxes, minimizing defects
• Maximizing equipment efficiency and cross-training to enhance operational flexibility
• Collaborative problem-solving and proactive maintenance
• Maintaining detailed reports for production, safety, and quality

Requirements

• Precision and initiative in setup and operations
• Willingness to train and mentor team members
• Proactive equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the corrugated industry preferred
