Machine Operator

TPI Staffing Service is seeking dependable Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Blackwell, OK. This position offers a unique 7 days on, 7 days off schedule, giving employees a full week off every other week.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: 6:45 AM–7:00 PM — $15.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 6:45 PM–7:00 AM — $17.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines
• Inspect outgoing materials to ensure accuracy and quality
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals
• Attend daily shift meetings to review progress and receive feedback
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and actively participate in safety programs
• Cross-train and learn to operate multiple machines
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1 year of heavy industrial or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to stand and remain physically active for up to 12 hours per shift
• Ability to frequently walk, climb stairs, reach, and work around production equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled industrial environment and around the elements
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be willing and able to work the full 7-on/7-off schedule
