Machine Operator Lebanon, OH. 45036 Pay Rate:$20.26 per hour Shift:2nd Shift, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Overtime available as business needs require. What’s a typical day as Machine Operator I? You’ll be: Operating machinery assigned to your department to fulfill specific production orders.Reviewing work orders and communicating material requirements to other departments.Monitoring machine operation to ensure optimal performance and adherence to standard work.Performing hazard-based functions such as lock out/tag out and daily equipment inspections.Stacking, sorting, and bundling materials per department standards.Recording production data for quality control and improvement purposes.Assisting with quality checks and supporting Operators II and III with packaging and end-of-line work.Achieving production goals while maintaining all safety requirements. This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Are highly motivated and demonstrate a strong work ethic.Prioritize safe working practices and have great attention to detail.Have basic computer, math, and problem-solving abilities, and can use measuring devices such as gauges, tapes, and rulers.Are eager to learn and operate new equipment.Have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and are at least 18 years old.Have prior experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).Are flexible to overtime and occasional weekend work as business needs require.
