About the Role
Perform basic operations throughout the Thermoforming department to form heavy gauge products within designated specifications, including post-form trimming, grinding, and assembling.
Responsibilities
- Operate multi-station rotary style thermoforming machinery at a rate that meets or exceeds quality and production standards.
- Perform post-form trimming using handheld trimming equipment to ensure product meets designated specifications.
- Operate drill machines and use handheld drills.
- Complete required quality checks and report any defects in a timely manner.
- Communicate all pertinent information at shift change.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Provide relief to other team members as necessary.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Successfully complete pre-employment drug screen and background check, which will include previous employment check and criminal history review.
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, talk, and hear.
- Frequently required to reach above shoulder, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and use feet to operate machines.
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to hot temperatures and moving forklifts.
- Noise level in the work environment is loud.
- Personal Protective Equipment may be required when working in designated areas.
