Machine Operator

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operation and monitoring of industrial machinery
• Ensuring efficient functionality, quality control, necessary machine adjustments and monitoring settings
• Conducting routine inspections
• Maintaining and troubleshooting industrial manufacturing machines
• Adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards
• Providing support for the operations of a fast-paced plant

Required Skills/Abilities

• Experience in the operation of industrial manufacturing machines
• General knowledge of all maintenance fields: mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics operated equipment, as well as electronic and vacuum systems (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to maintain and troubleshoot equipment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to rotate shifts

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a machine operator within an industrial manufacturing environment
• Mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting experience
• College or Technical degree preferred or equivalent experience
