Machine Operator
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operation and monitoring of industrial machinery
- Ensuring efficient functionality, quality control, necessary machine adjustments and monitoring settings
- Conducting routine inspections
- Maintaining and troubleshooting industrial manufacturing machines
- Adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards
- Providing support for the operations of a fast-paced plant
Required Skills/Abilities
- Experience in the operation of industrial manufacturing machines
- General knowledge of all maintenance fields: mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics operated equipment, as well as electronic and vacuum systems (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to maintain and troubleshoot equipment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to rotate shifts
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a machine operator within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting experience
- College or Technical degree preferred or equivalent experience
