Machine Operator

Pay

$19.00 per hour, plus $3.50 shift differential.

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Operate motorized equipment (e.g., forklift, KVAL lifts) as needed.
• Read and follow sizing instructions; perform quality checks with tape measure.
• Set up and adjust equipment to sizing specifications; interpret drawings; change heads and tools.
• Perform basic repairs, routing, tracking, preventative maintenance, and station keeping.
• Support team members through collaboration and communication.
• Work safely, wear PPE, and follow safety procedures.
• Receive day-to-day direction from supervisor.

Requirements

• One year of manufacturing experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements

• Kneeling, squatting, stooping, twisting (up to 25% of an 8-hour day).
• Lifting products up to 60 lbs throughout the day (up to 25% of an 8-hour day).
• Pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs with assistance (up to 13% of an 8-hour day).
• Comfortable standing in place for extended periods.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
