Position Summary
Essential Job Functions/Duties
- Operate control station and header cart
- Ensure machine is clean and is in good working order
- Inspect wire cages / reinforcements
- Supply machine with necessary components to make product
- Maintain production schedule numbers
- Produce quality product
- Perform basic trouble shooting on production and concrete batching machinery
- Operate a forklift and/or crane to supply machine
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) industry experience with KN / MBK cage operating
- English language proficiency. Spanish is a plus
- Computer knowledge / skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Quick thinker / flexible / problem solver
- Excellent time management skills
- Work with coworkers and supervisors in meeting production goals
- Welding experience
- Maintenance experience
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
- Exposed to high levels of concrete dust
- Work outdoors but may on occasion work indoors
- Temperatures may vary due to weather
- Regularly wear protective attire, such as hard hats and steel-toe boots
- Exposed to sound and noise levels that are distracting and uncomfortable
- Work in extremely bright or very dim lighting conditions
Shift/Hours Expectations
- Mon – Fri (weekends when needed)
