Machine Operator

Duties & Responsibilities

• Utilize routing and cutting machinery, such as Zünd and Summa cutters
• Execute product finishing operations
• Manage fabric transfer devices and hot knife instruments
• Handle vinyl materials, encompassing cutting, weeding, and pre-masking
• Diagnose equipment and production challenges as they occur
• Assess and confirm the quality of printed images

Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include training from a technical college
• A minimum of one year of experience in digital or large-format printing is preferred
• Experience in the production of signs or graphics is required
• Candidates should possess both mechanical and artistic skills
• Attention to detail is essential
• Strong organizational abilities are necessary
• Experience as a machine operator is required
• The ability to effectively multitask is important
• A strong sense of color is crucial
• Good reading comprehension skills are expected
• Basic proficiency in English is required
