Schedule

Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule:

• A – Day Shift: 8:00am - 8:00pm (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday + alternating Saturdays)
• C – Day Shift: 8:00am - 8:00pm (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + alternating Saturdays)

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic extrusion production lines
• Set up machines according to work order specifications
• Inspect products for quality compliance and manage scrap processes
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks
• Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Collaborate with team members during shift changeovers

Requirements

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Pay

Starting Salary: Wages ranging from $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, dependent on experience. Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
