Machine Operator

As a Machine Operator, you will be assigned to work on lines and may work in one or more workstations. You will be required to be proficient in multiple assets in a given location. You will be responsible for machine setups and changeovers, problem-solving, performing PMs, and making decisions on machine adjustments. Responsibilities Load raw material into machine and unload finished productDetermine and control the machine cycle varying and modifying it as necessaryPerform tests and check products routinely for multiple characteristics using standard measuring devices and making some judgments against not readily measurable standardsMeet production schedules and program production sequences for optimal productivityFollow standard operating procedures and specifications or instructions of higher-level technical personnel and monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specificationsOperating a Forklift and machinery throughout the shiftMaintain production records and logs of equipment and product performanceFollow all health, safety, and housekeeping procedures, policies, and practices and consistently work in a safe manner with regard to self, co-workers, and manufacturing systemsSupport safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiativesAssist and support other team members in meeting department and site goalsParticipate and share in performing all tasks necessary to run the facilityDemonstrate respect for the Company’s values daily, maintain and uphold all policies & proceduresPerform other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma, GED, trade school, or combination of training and experience3+ years of relevant manufacturing machine operator experienceAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAble to work overtime, including short-notice requestsMotivated, takes initiative, and possesses a strong work ethicAbility to multitask within a structured environmentExtraordinary organization skills, strong time management skills, and exceptional communication skillsAbility to follow electrical schematics and drawingsPossess the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail in a dynamic, multitasking environmentCapacity to work with limited supervision, independently, and as a team memberMust be legally authorized to work in the United States Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelinesAble to work normal and/or extended office hours to meet established deadlinesWorks in a production facility environment 100% of the timeWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required, for the duration of the workday to stand, carry, lift and move 75 or more pounds, work in a facility with high noise levels and extreme cold and hot temperaturesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions About CCT & Henkel CCT is a leading manufacturer of specialty adhesive tape solutions serving a variety of industries throughout North America.
