About the role

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating various machines in a production environment to ensure efficient and quality product output.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to produce goods according to specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Handle basic troubleshooting of machine issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic understanding of industrial machinery operation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
