About the role
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating various machines in a production environment to ensure efficient and quality product output.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery to produce goods according to specifications.
- Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment.
- Handle basic troubleshooting of machine issues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of related experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Basic understanding of industrial machinery operation.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay
