Shift

Monday–Thursday, 4:30 pm–3:00 am

Responsibilities

  • Run roll-to-roll lamination equipment for finishing wide-format graphics.
  • Align media, set speed and temperature profiles, and ensure bubble-free lamination.
  • Trim finished rolls and track production lots.
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and calibration.
  • Properly operate roll-to-roll laminator machines.
  • Use test and inspection devices as required by the group leader and/or job packet.
  • Prepare daily time accountability and paperwork; read and follow job paperwork as required.
  • Maintain a safe and clutter-free work area.
  • Enter recommendations to management for improvements in safety, product quality, rates, yields, or other matters impacting shop costs or employee health.
  • Perform packaging and assembly duties as directed by the group leader.
  • Complete other tasks as directed by the group leader.

Requirements

  • Set up machines as required.
  • Recognize quality, acceptable product.
  • Assist in the training of inexperienced persons.
  • Be skilled in the operation of many pieces of equipment throughout the plant(s).
  • Work with minimum supervision once initial training is completed and verified by the supervisor.
  • Pass the job-related physical requirement testing.
