Machine Operator - 3rd Shift

You'd be joining a large manufacturing operation that makes packaging products used by companies across many industries. It's a full-line production environment, meaning the plant runs multiple connected steps to turn raw material into finished product. This is a hands-on shop-floor role in a facility that runs around the clock.

Responsibilities

• Help set up, calibrate, and run manufacturing equipment
• Check production quality against specifications
• Do routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting with hand tools
• Enter production data, downtime, and maintenance records into computer systems
• Talk with teammates and supervisors to solve problems and hit production goals
• Follow set processes closely to keep production on schedule
• Support different positions across the facility as needed
• Help train others on processes as you gain experience
• Follow all safety protocols on the floor
• Work safely to help the team make quality product on time

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of steady, consistent work history
• Able to work any shift in a 3-shift rotation, plus up to 4 hours of overtime before or after a scheduled shift (up to 12 hours total), including weekends
• Able to read a tape measure and do basic shop math
• Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, use stairs, stand, walk, and bend for a full shift, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled space that gets hot and humid in summer and fall

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior full-line manufacturing experience

Schedule

• 3rd shift: 11pm to 7am (Sunday shift starts at 11pm)

Pay

$21.03/hr
