Machine Operator - 3rd Shift

About the role

Eaton’s ES GEIS CHD division is currently seeking a Machine Operator - 3rd Shift. The position is located at the Meadow Lands, PA facility of Crouse-Hinds Business, which is part of the Commercial Products Group. The core hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and assemble commercial electrical products.
• Work with others in the department and communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Operate production equipment, including welders, presses, benders, and switchboxes, according to work instructions.
• Maintain housekeeping in the work area.
• Perform overhead work on one or more lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $19.74 per hour plus $1.00/hr shift differential. The base rate increases after 6 months to $20.78/hour.

The core hours are 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
