Machine Operator - 3-Knife (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate machinery in compliance with job specifications and company standards.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Check paper for type, size, color, and quantity before processing.
• Visually inspect forms during the production process for quality control.
• Coordinate with the Production Team to manage job priorities and deadlines.
• Maintain knowledge of safety regulations and equipment operation.

Requirements

• Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to precise tolerances.
• Average mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Average mechanical aptitude.
• Good reading and visual inspection abilities.
• Effective communication skills to exchange accurate information and ideas.
• Regularly operate machinery and handle print materials.
• Frequent movement within the facility, lifting up to 25+ pounds.
• Ability to work with very close tolerances.
• Effective communication with team members.
• High analytical skills.
• Good color discernment.

Pay

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $18 – $23. The actual base salary offered will depend on various factors including the qualifications of the candidate, years of relevant experience, specific skills, educational background, and the location of the employee.

Schedule

This position is available on a 2nd shift basis, working Monday through Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Overtime opportunities are available!
