Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Work with meat cutting/packaging machines and other equipment to process meat products for the consumer.
• Perform essential production tasks and support your coworkers.
• Contribute to a positive work environment, maintain a safe and efficient production line, and ensure our products reach families across America.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and teamwork standards.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Willingness to work shifts, including second shift with a $1.00/hour shift differential.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting up to 30 lbs, and working in cold and warm temperatures.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Understanding and following oral and written instructions.
