Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

About the role

As a Machine Operator, you will help keep production running smoothly by operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall workflow.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to keep production moving.
• Manage equipment start-up, shutdown, sanitation, and daily operations.
• Inspect product quality (appearance, weight, labeling, etc.).
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support basic maintenance.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Always follow safety and food manufacturing standards.
• Load and unload materials and maintain proper inventory tracking.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations across shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience (food production preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and critical thinking skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math skills and flexibility to work weekends as needed
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and move throughout your shift for 8+ hours
• Able to work at varying temperatures (freezer to production floor)

Pay

Pay range: $19.40 - $21.44/hour.

Schedule

2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
