Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

About the role

CaptiveAire is currently hiring 2 - 2nd Shift Machine Operators in our Youngsville, NC Manufacturing Facility. This is a fast-paced, financially sound, climate-controlled environment offering great benefits including a monthly bonus.

Responsibilities

• Perform work according to safety & quality standards and procedures
• Work effectively as a team member contributing to a positive workplace
• Efficiently keep production running on night shift, for production on 1st shift
• Finished work is expected to be neat, orderly, and repeatable
• Ensuring work space is clean, safe, and in working order

Requirements

• Positive energy is required
• Self-starter and go-getter attitude
• Able to read tape measures and use good rudimentary math skills
• CNC, Press break, or punch operation experience required
• Proficient with hand tools
• Physical stamina and strength, ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Proficiency in English

Pay

Starting at $18 an hour, based on experience (Plus - 2nd Shift Pay Differential)

Schedule

Schedule: 1:30 p.m - 12 a.m., Monday - Thursday
Some overtime required
