General Duties and Responsibilities
- Moving from station to station operating various winders
- Operating coating machines
- Prepping and packing product for shipment
- Ensuring quality standards meet material specifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Skills: Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
Working Conditions
- Work hours: 40 hours per week – 2nd shift or 3rd shift, possibly one weekend day
- Environment: Manufacturing environment
- Tools and Equipment: Use of a pair of scissors, appropriate PPE (hat or hairnet, hearing protection)
Physical and Mental Demands
- Lifting requirements: 50 lbs. occasionally
- Standing and walking: Concrete for an entire shift
- Bending or squatting: Occasionally
- Hand and arm movements: Above shoulder height
- Repetitive motions: Hands and wrist
