About the role
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating various machines to produce corrugated products. The position involves maintaining equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring production meets standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain corrugating machines to ensure smooth production flow.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure product meets specifications.
- Handle basic troubleshooting and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and participate in regular training sessions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
