About the role
Operate a variety of Vacuum Former and Trim Press/Robot equipment to produce quality products that meet customer requirements.
Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for up to 10 hours
- Excellent reading, writing, communication, and math skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Skills
- Operate HMI (Human Machine Interface) Screen
- Understand Vacuum and Trim machine functions
- Problem solving knowledge and ability
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles
Responsibilities
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Safety, Quality, and EMS
- Follow Standardized Work Instructions
- Fully participate in and support the Corvac Quality System
- Observe general and specific safety rules
- Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and contribute to the overall orderliness of the plant
- Follow process instructions, machine adjustments, and calibrations as set by the process tech; advise lead if outside of parameters
- Responsible for the operation of the machine
- Fill out all required paperwork including production, scrap, and downtime
- Ability to train others as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Schedule
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11pm–7am
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm
- 40 hours per week plus overtime as needed
