We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. Job Title: Machine Operator 1 (but we do NOT repeat job title as heading). We need to include metadata like FLSA Status, Department, Reports to maybe in a short

or drop it. We should preserve all substantive information; we can include a short paragraph with that metadata. We need sections: About the role (general description/purpose), Responsibilities (essential job functions), Requirements (maybe pre-employment requirements, experience, licenses/certifications), Qualifications (maybe experience, education?), Skills (behavioral competencies, technical skills), Benefits, Pay (starting pay range and compensation range), Schedule (maybe not present; we have "100% travel" but not schedule like shift; maybe we can omit Schedule if not specific). The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to see if schedule info exists: "100% travel, including international, using any method of transportation." That's about travel, not schedule. No explicit schedule like shift times. So we may omit Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip the Equal Opportunity Employer paragraph and maybe the "Benefits:" line is okay (we keep benefits). Also need to strip "Compensation:" line? Actually we need to keep compensation info; but the "Compensation:" line repeats some text; we can keep the pay range. We need to preserve all substantive information: So we need to include the general description, essential job functions (list), behavioral competencies, experience requirements, licenses/certifications, pre-employment requirements, working conditions, benefits, pay range. We need to format as semantic HTML: headings

for each section, then content: either

for prose,

  • for lists. We need to decide which sections to include: - About the role: from GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE. That's prose. - Responsibilities: from ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS. That includes bullet-like sentences; we can make a list. - Requirements: maybe combine Experience, Licenses/Certifications, Pre-employment Requirements, Working Conditions? Could be separate sections: Requirements (experience, licenses), Qualifications (maybe education? not present), Skills (behavioral competencies). But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can combine Experience and Licenses into Requirements, and Behavioral Competencies into Skills. Working Conditions maybe part of Requirements or separate? Could be its own section but might be thin. However we have substantive content: travel, physical demands, etc. Could be a section "Working Conditions". The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including experience, licenses, pre-employment, working conditions), Skills (behavioral competencies), Benefits, Pay. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Also we should not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we have REF131L-49 maybe we can drop or put in a short p. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content. General Description / Purpose: "Machine Operator 1 (MO1), a field based position, is responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing company railway maintenance and inspection equipment. This position can operate Loram’s on track MOW equipment and/or on track vehicles with supervision in both operating and travel modes. In this role you may be assigned to various types of equipment platforms dependent on business needs and demands." That's prose. Essential Job Functions: It's a bit long with headings inside: Safety Focused, Machine Operations and Technical Knowledge. We can break into list items each maybe a sentence. Let's extract bullet-like sentences: Safety Focused: - Ability to lead a comprehensive and appropriate job briefing during operations shifts, maintenance shifts, and while conducting maintenance tasks. - Consistently follows safe work processes, procedures and rules - Understands on track safety and can explain specifics when asked - Able to locate all emergency equipment and demonstrate correct operation Machine Operations and Technical Knowledge: - Conducts machine inspections to identify problems, defects, changes, and hazards and communicates conditions to the operator or supervisor and performs common repairs as instructed. - Provides accurate feedback that allows machine leadership to make maintenance decisions - Accurately records and reports common parts used to supervisor, including floor stock - Performs maintenance and repairs according to set schedules and policies - Accurately describes gauge and HMI functions as they relate to machine operation - Demonstrates the ability to document and complete daily field reporting, personal expense reporting, field lodging, and other administrative reporting as necessary We can combine into a single list under Responsibilities. Requirements: Experience: "Experience: Internal: 3+ Months Experience working with Loram equipment or equivalent in a 24/7 environment; Some assignments require Excavator experience. Meet all relevant or applicable pre-qualifications as noted in the general description for this role and Loram’s career development matrix. External: 2+ Years Demonstrated technical skills such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and machine operations. 2+ Years Demonstrated ability to learn communicate verbally and in writing and learn best practices" Licenses/Certifications: "Maintain Railroad Certifications, CPR/First Aid, valid Driver’s License Slots – 1+ year experience Heavy equipment operator (Backhoe, Excavator, or alike). Heavy Maintenance/ Construction equipment maintenance. Basic administration computer skills. Working knowledge of data systems and remote equipment operations cellar or tethered. Aurora - Minimum of 1 year computer or technology background. 1 year of working knowledge working with MS Windows. Preferred radiation experience. Commercial Driver’s License or able to obtain a Class B." Pre-employment Requirements: list of physical exam, eVerifile/eRailSafe background check, MVR check, drug and alcohol test. Working Conditions: "The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 100% travel, including international, using any method of transportation.Ability to apply high levels of cognitive, analytical, retention and reasoning.Excellent communication skills used within any social context. Can stand, sit, walk, reach, balance, stoop, kneel, hear, taste and smell. Can see up close, distances, colors and has use of peripheral vision and depth perception. Can tolerate variable and sometimes extreme physical conditions during visits or inspections of company equipment in a railroad environment." Compensation: Starting pay between $20.00 - $21.00 (hourly). Also compensation range $41,600-$56,300 (annual). Also mention annual bonus and paid time off. Benefits: list as given. We need to avoid duplication: The "Compensation:" paragraph repeats some text; we can just keep the pay ranges. Now produce HTML. We'll start with a

for metadata: maybe include FLSA Status, Department, Reports to, Job ID? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a short paragraph with that metadata. Let's craft:

Job ID: REF131L-49 | FLSA Status: Non-Exempt | Department: Operations | Reports to: Assistant Manager, Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent

But we need to avoid repeating job title as heading; we are not. Now sections:
