Machine Maintenance Technician - Overnight Shift

In this overnight role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production and facility equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. You will play a critical role in minimizing downtime, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and helping the plant meet production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems on production and facility equipment.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Install, move, maintain, and repair a variety of manufacturing machinery and building systems.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation to identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Fabricate, modify, and repair machine components, guards, stands, and other equipment using machine shop tools and welding equipment.
- Inspect equipment, identify potential failures, and recommend corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
