Machine Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Work with stamping operations to ensure plant equipment is operating, when necessary, through diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and determine root causes to minimize downtime.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Aid with equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Maintain maintenance records and work orders in company systems.
• Collaborate with stamping operations to focus on improving productivity through the use of improvements in machines, materials, or processes.
• Install and troubleshoot any new equipment as directed.
• Maintain compliance with all safety requirements, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and equipment reliability.
