Role Overview: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment through inspection, troubleshooting, and evaluation to identify root causes. They disassemble machines, repair or replace broken parts, and adjust functional components to ensure optimal performance. Key Responsibilities Inspect, clean, lubricate, and order replacement parts for equipment maintenance.Adapt procedures and tools to meet specific needs.Serve as a resource for resolving complex mechanical and electrical issues.Follow diagrams, schematics, manuals, and engineering specifications. Qualifications & Skills Must be 18 years or older with at least 2-3 years of machine maintenance experience.Strong mechanical and electrical understanding of complex equipment.Proficient in using hand and power tools, with knowledge of machine tools and basic electrical repairs.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical documentation.
