  • Lead execution and continuous improvement of preventative maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs; optimize PMs using failure history, OEM guidance, and reliability best practices
  • Resolve complex equipment failures by troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation/control issues; support line recovery and verify safe start-up
  • Facilitate breakdown investigations and root cause analysis (RCA) using structured methods (5-Why/Fishbone); implement and verify corrective/preventive actions to eliminate repeat failures
  • Set and enforce high standards for safety, quality, and workmanship; validate repairs through functional testing, documentation, and production handoff
  • Lead by example on safety compliance participate in audits, JSAs, and incident/near-miss follow-up
  • Own CMMS work quality: create/close work orders with clear problem/cause/correction, record labor/parts, capture downtime codes, and provide feedback to improve planning, PM compliance, and reliability metrics
  • Partner with Operations and Engineering to drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and continuous improvement; lead/participate in downtime reduction, defect elimination, and changeover optimization efforts
  • Support and/or lead equipment upgrades, line expansions, and reliability projects; coordinate with vendors/contractors as needed and assist with installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing
  • Operate with minimal supervision; prioritize and coordinate work based on safety, production impact, and risk, escalating appropriately and ensuring timely communication
