About the role
O'Neal Fabrication is seeking an Industrial Machinery Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Ambridge, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial machinery maintenance and be able to perform routine and complex repairs.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various types of industrial machinery and equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with other team members and management
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college coursework in engineering or related field preferred
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with industrial machinery diagnostic software
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay
The starting hourly rate is 20-25 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with some weekend work required.
