Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment
• Conduct mechanical maintenance and repairs
• Diagnose and repair CNC machines and related systems
• Perform general electrical repairs on CNC and manual equipment
• Assist with rigging, moving, and installation of machinery and equipment
• Support inspection, repair, and adjustment of machines and systems
• Carry out general maintenance tasks across equipment and facilities
• Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment as required
• Accurately document all repairs and maintain equipment history in accordance with company policies

Requirements

• Electrical background required
• Associate degree (2-year) in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance within a large, complex manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and building trades maintenance
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local codes related to facilities, construction, and maintenance
• Proficiency with computers in a Windows-based environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Willingness to respond to after-hours calls on an on-call basis
• Must be a U.S. Person
