About the role

The Machine Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of machinery within the facility. This individual will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and safely, and will work closely with other departments to maintain production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all plant machinery
• Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently
• Work closely with other departments to maintain production schedules
• Document all maintenance activities and report findings to management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Skills

• Knowledge of industrial machinery and maintenance procedures
• Experience with preventive maintenance and predictive analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
