As a Machine Learning Researcher, you will push the boundaries of artificial intelligence at AI SaaS. You will research, develop, and optimize models that power our agent systems. Your work will directly impact millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop ML models
• Train and fine-tune large language models
• Evaluate and improve model performance
• Publish internal research reports
• Collaborate with engineering teams
• Experiment with new AI techniques

Requirements

• Strong background in machine learning
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Knowledge of NLP and LLMs
• Strong mathematical foundation
• Research mindset

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience

Skills

• Python programming
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Understanding of natural language processing (NLP)
• Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis
