What We're Looking For
- At least 1+ year working with generative AI models.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, including prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and evaluation of large language model applications.
- Proficiency in Python programming and version control.
- Strong understanding of the latest AI trends and practices to maintain state-of-the-art solutions.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Education: PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Nice to have: Experience in the EdTech industry or a strong interest in K-12 education, Knowledge of educational pedagogy or curriculum development, Hands-on experience with multi-modal models, Familiarity with software engineering practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD pipelines, Interest or experience in authoring research papers or white papers.

Pay
$175,000 - $250,000 a year Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
