Responsibilities
- Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces;
- Maintains specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting, including turning, facing, knurling and thread chasing operations;
- Taking measurements;
- Detecting malfunctions;
- Sharpening and replacing worn tools;
- Adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
Qualifications
- Aptitude to take orders and execute the same efficiently;
- High school degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from an accredited institution;
- Knowledge of blueprints and specifications for machinery;
- Detail orientation, self-motivation skills and ability to multi-task.

- Lift/Carry: 25 lbs. - Occasionally;
- Push/Pull: 25 lbs. - Occasionally;
- Reach Overhead: 25 lbs. - Occasionally;
- Squat/Bend/Kneel: 25 lbs. - Occasionally;

Work Environment
- Regularly exposed to varying temperature conditions between 60-100 degrees Fahrenheit;
- Moving machinery parts;
- Airborne particles;
- Fumes from production equipment.

- Screwdrivers;
- Variety of other hand tools.
Core Hours
M-F, 6am-2:30pm.
