Machine Assistant

About the role

Kelly® is hiring Machine Assistants to support a manufacturing operation. This role involves assisting with equipment operation, monitoring product quality, documenting production information, and following established safety and production processes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, navigate stairs, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a hot and humid, non-climate-controlled environment
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, as needed

Pay

$21.03 per hour

Schedule

11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., Monday–Friday
