Responsibilities

Our Machine Assistants are involved in all aspects of production, creating products used by well-known companies such as Domino’s, Home Depot, Amazon, and Hello Fresh.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the ability to stand, walk, talk, and hear regularly, and use hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms frequently. They must also be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally with assistance.

Qualifications

The candidate should have specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. They should also be able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy, apply concepts of high school math, and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.

Work Environment

The employee will be frequently exposed to wet, hot, and/or humid conditions, and regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Pay

Starting Pay: $18.50/hour + shift differential. Eligible for pay increases at 90 days and 6 months based on performance and attendance.

This is a 3rd shift position at Pratt (Beloit Corrugating), LLC – 1405 Gateway Blvd, Beloit, WI.
