Support the engineering and operation of the Mac platform
- Support provisioning, configuration, software deployment, compliance, remediation, and lifecycle management.
- Engineer and modernize Mac management workflows in Jamf Pro.
- Write, maintain, and improve scripts and code used to support Mac platform management.
- Maintain a strong end-user experience for Mac management workflows.
Technical Requirements
- Strong experience with macOS endpoint engineering in an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro or Jamf Cloud.
- Proficiency in scripting and comfort reading and writing code.
- Ability to participate in peer reviews and clearly explain technical implementation decisions.
- Working knowledge of GitHub-based workflows including branching, pull requests, and code reviews.
- Comfort using AI-assisted engineering tools such as Copilot, Claude, or similar tools with sound technical judgment.
- Understanding of enterprise endpoint security concepts including hardening, compliance, patching, and secure configuration management.
- Experience with Terraform to manage infrastructure or configuration as code is a strong plus.
- Jamf certifications and familiarity with monitoring, telemetry, or operational observability concepts are a plus.
