MAC Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Cover employee and department moves, adds, and changes (MAC activities)
- Schedule and execute move activities
- Prepare move communications and customer notifications
- Track move requests and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with facilities, vendors, IT, and workplace teams during move activities
- Auxiliary with onsite move support and workplace setup activities
Occupancy & Space Support
- Maintain accurate occupancy and seating data
- Support workspace assignments and seat management processes
- Support workspace audits
Customer Service & Ticket Management
- Respond to customer inquiries related to workplace services and seating requests
- Monitor and manage Corrigo tickets/service requests
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Soft Service Manager
- Maintain strong customer communication throughout the request
Operational & Administrative Support
- Prepare operational reports, trackers, vendor invoicing
- Maintain documentation related to workplace operations and occupancy activities
- Support special workplace initiatives and operational projects as needed
- Auxiliary with leadership reporting and coordination tasks
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree or coursework in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Workplace Operations, or related field preferred
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, occupancy support, move coordination, administrative operations, customer service, or related operational support roles
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), experience using ticketing systems, workplace tools, or space management systems, experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, or similar workplace systems
- Core Competencies: Strong organizational and coordination skills, strong attention to detail and data accuracy, effective written and verbal communication skills, customer-focused mindset, ability to work within established procedures and operational processes, strong teamwork and collaboration skills, problem-solving and follow-up capabilities
Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly walk throughout buildings, office floors, and workplace areas during daily operations and move activities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday while supporting move coordination and occupancy activities
- Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments with changing priorities
Work Schedule & Flexibility
- Flexibility to support workplace moves and operational activities outside of normal business hours based on client schedules and business needs
- Location: Fort Worth, TX
- Shift: 1st Shift
