MA (Medical Assistant)/LPN: Urology Clinic

Position: Medical Assistant (MA) or LPN: Urology Clinic
Location: Waterloo, IA
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Day shift, M-F
Supports the operation of the clinical practice
- Assists physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care through patient preparation, vital sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures.
- Captures and documents vital signs.
- Prepares patients for examination.
- Administers medications as directed by a physician.
- Coordinates patient flow, maintaining accurate medical records.
- Ensures a positive patient experience.
Required
- Must have successfully completed accredited Medical Assistant program. MA Certification/Registration preferred prior to hire and required within one year.
- OR Must have successfully completed accredited LPN program. LPN License in the state of Iowa.
