Medical Assistant (MA) position in the Nephrology Clinic in Waterloo, IA, supporting the clinical practice with administrative and clinical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and healthcare providers in delivering patient care
• Patient preparation
• Vital sign collection
• Documentation
• Basic clinical procedures
• Coordinate patient flow
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Ensure a positive patient experience

Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• MA certification/registration preferred prior to hire and required within one year
• OR successful completion of an accredited LPN program
• LPN license in the state of Iowa

Schedule

40 hours per week, Day shift, Monday–Friday
