MA/LPN/RN AB Patient Flow Coordinator
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. We need to identify lists.
Pay: "Pay: Starts at $18.25/hour, depending on experience, plus a $1.50 differential for working in Family Practice Providers: Mark Michaud, D.O, and Alishia Little, P.A.-C." That's a sentence. We'll put in
. Benefits: There's a "Benefits" heading then a paragraph describing benefits and then a list: "Medical coverage with a broad range of plans to offer more personalized coverage Dental coverage with two plan options Voluntary vision insurance Life, disability, and long-term care insurances 401(k) with an employer match Employee Assistance Program (EAP) available to all employees and their dependents at no cost Generous paid time off (based on position hours) Bonus opportunities". That's a list of benefits. We'll put
- each.
Responsibilities: The "Your day." section includes many duties separated by line breaks. We'll treat as list of duties. So
- each duty. Requirements: "Your Experience." includes bullet-like sentences: "Completion of a nationally accredited MA program LPNs and RNs must have a current license from the Idaho Board of Nursing Venipuncture skills Previous clinical experience preferred Customer service-oriented attitude/behavior Computer proficiency is required, and the ability to use applicable software as required to perform the essential functions of the job Recommended vaccines to include annual Influenza, Hep B, TDaP, MMR, Varicella, and TB". We'll list each as
- .
Also there is mention of "We are committed to fostering growth..." etc. That's prose, not list.
We need headings: Use
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We only include sections that have real content. We have Pay, Benefits, Responsibilities (Your day), Requirements (Your Experience). Possibly also "About the role" could be the introductory paragraph about the role? The posting includes description of role: "You bring a smile..." etc. That could be About the role. But we need to decide if we should include About the role heading. The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says use those as examples, but we should include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. The posting does have a description of the role: "You bring a smile, compassion, and empathy...". That could be considered About the role. However, we also have "Your day." which is responsibilities. The "You bring a smile..." is more like attributes/qualities. Could be considered Skills? Might be better to treat as "About the role" paragraph. We also have "We. Together we'll align..." that's more about company culture, maybe not needed. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all sentences. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. There's no explicit boilerplate besides maybe "Primary Health Medical Group is a Drug-Free and Smoke-Free Workplace. Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a background check and drug screening." That's substantive? It's about employment conditions; maybe we keep as part of Requirements or a separate section? Could be considered part of Requirements (pre-employment). But we could include as a paragraph under Requirements or a separate "Pre-employment" but not a standard heading. Since we only have headings list, we could incorporate into Requirements as a paragraph. Also "While not mandatory, we strongly recommend that new hires stay current on vaccinations..." that's also part of Requirements. We need to ensure we don't create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Pay is stated. Benefits is stated. Schedule is not stated (no mention of schedule). So we omit Schedule. We should not create Qualifications or Skills unless content. We have Requirements (Your Experience) which includes qualifications. Could also have Skills (computer proficiency, etc.) but we can combine into Requirements. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's structure:

Primary Health Medical Group is a Drug-Free and Smoke-Free Workplace. Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a background check and drug screening.
While not mandatory, we strongly recommend that new hires stay current on vaccinations, such as the annual Influenza vaccine, and request that proof of immunization be provided or scheduled within two weeks of the start date.
We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The initial line "Pay: Starts at $18.25/hour, depending on experience, plus a $1.50 differential for working in Family Practice Providers: Mark Michaud, D.O, and Alishia Little, P.A.-C." We captured that. We also have "You. You bring a smile..." Actually the text: "You. You bring a smile, compassion, and empathy to your work as an MA/LPN/RN AB Patient Flow Coordinator." There's an extra "You." maybe a typo. We included the sentence after "You."? We started with "You bring a smile...". We omitted the leading "You." but it's just filler; it's not substantive. Probably okay. We also have "We. Together we'll align our mission, service standards, workplace, and careers. We will flourish with teamwork, celebrate our company culture, and encourage an atmosphere of positivity and fun. We will strive to be the medical provider of choice, offering continuity of care and expanding to meet the needs of a growing community. We will do this together as a team with integrity and respect for our patients and each other." That's substantive about company culture/mission. Should we include? It's not covered by any heading. Could be part of About the role or a separate section like "Our mission". But we only have predefined headings; we could add a paragraph under About the role after the initial paragraph. That would preserve info. Let's add after the About the role paragraph awith that content. Also there is "We are committed to fostering growth and development and providing opportunities for career advancement. The ideal candidate may have the chance to learn X-ray procedures within a defined scope or mentor new hires joining Primary Health Medical Group." That's also substantive about growth opportunities. Could be part of Requirements or a separate section like "Growth opportunities". We could add a paragraph under Requirements after the list. We need to preserve all substantive info. So let's incorporate those. Add after About the role paragraph:
We are committed to fostering growth and development and providing opportunities for career advancement. The ideal candidate may have the chance to learn X-ray procedures within a defined scope or mentor new hires joining Primary Health Medical Group.
Then after that, maybe add the mission paragraph:Together we'll align our mission, service standards, workplace, and careers. We will flourish with teamwork, celebrate our company culture, and encourage an atmosphere of positivity and fun. We will strive to be the medical provider of choice, offering continuity of care and expanding to meet the needs of a growing community. We will do this together as a team with integrity and respect for our patients and each other.
Now check for any other substantive info: "Your day." we covered responsibilities. "Your Experience." we covered requirements. The "We." paragraphs we added. Also there is "Primary Health Medical Group is Idaho's largest independent medical group, specializing in family practice and urgent care. With multiple locations throughout the Treasure Valley, we are able to offer patient-centered care where medical
- each.
Responsibilities: The "Your day." section includes many duties separated by line breaks. We'll treat as list of duties. So
