MA Boise OB/GYN Clinic Full-Time

At Saint Alphonsus Health System, we seek individuals dedicated to providing exceptional service and high-quality care. The Boise OB/GYN Clinic, part of Boise Regional Medical Center, is seeking a passionate and adaptable Medical Assistant.

Position Summary & Highlights

This MA position supports an established physician and works with other providers and clinical staff. Applicants must meet the minimum requirements below to apply. CNA experience alone does not qualify for this position. See the Minimum Requirements for details.

What You Will Do

• Support primary MA duties
• Perform blood draws
• Assist RNs with patient calls
• Participate in procedures such as colposcopies, endometrial biopsies, IUD placements/removals, and Nexplanon placements/removals
• Work in a team-oriented environment
• Adaptability and strong communication skills are valued

Work Schedule

36 hours per week, 4-9 hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with rotating day off. Hours are flexible around 7:00am-5:30pm, with the possibility to work up to 40 hours per week with management approval.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent at hire
• MA certification required within 90 days from one of the approved agencies
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification required at hire
