M365 Copilot Adoption & Change Practice Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale enterprise adoption and change practices, including OCM delivery.
• Manage rollout experiences at 8,000+ and 20,000+ user scales, focusing on highly attractive environments.
• Design and manage change-champion or power-user programs.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and deliver high-attendance virtual training sessions.
• Lead teams or build internal enterprise maturity through practice-building initiatives.
• Provide consulting, systems-integration, or highly consultative support to clients.

Requirements

• Mastery of Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and change practices.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale deployments and change management projects.
• Experience in designing and executing change-champion or power-user programs.
• Effective facilitation skills for virtual training sessions.
• Leadership or team-building experience within an enterprise environment.
• Consultative or integrative background in consulting or systems integration.
