About the role

Maintain high standards in fielding and coordination tasks. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations, including scheduling and logistics.
• Field technical support and troubleshooting for client equipment issues.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, reporting progress to clients.
• Train and mentor junior field staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in field engineering or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.

Skills

• Technical knowledge in field engineering and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
