About the role
Maintain and enhance training programs for SETA employees. Develop and implement training materials, coordinate training sessions, and assess training effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for SETA employees.
- Coordinate training sessions and ensure timely delivery.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
- Update and maintain training materials and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development.
- Experience working in a corporate or government setting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
