About the role
M2S2 SETA is seeking an Action Officer - Level II to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing and executing various projects and initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans to achieve organizational goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Monitor progress against project milestones and adjust plans as necessary
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience with M2S2 SETA systems and processes
