Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management
• Proven ability to manage teams and lead change initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana)
